Returns & Refunds Policy

TTP Tattoo Pen Store offers a 30-day return policy for all orders on our website. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can contact us to arrange a return, subject to the terms below.

Return Terms

Notification Period

TTP Tattoo Pen Store must be notified no later than 30 days after a customer places their order.

Product Condition

Products must be in "New" condition, have original packaging, and should be returned with all accessories. TTP Tattoo Pen Store reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If an item was purchased with free shipping standard, the shipping cost will be charged at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price. Customers will return items at their own cost and must prepay all shipping charges or associated costs.

Risk and Liability

The customer shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to TTP Tattoo Pen Store. We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Return Authorization

If the product is returned without a return authorization number, and/or beyond the thirty (30) day period, and/or without proper packaging, TTP Tattoo Pen Store retains the right to refuse delivery of such return or may return the unit to the customer at the customer's expense with no refund issued.

Wait for Authorization

We will respond within 24 business hours. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN YOUR ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR AN RMA NUMBER. This is vital for us to track returned items.

Return Shipping

Once authorized, carefully package your return and ship it using a trackable shipping service. Remember to include your RMA number with the return.

Refund Process

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item has been inspected. Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check with your financial institution regarding any processing delays. If you still haven't received your refund after checking, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you've been sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange for some other reason, please contact us at [email protected].
