Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local postal services, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $69. For orders below this amount, shipping fees is $10.

– Processing time (2-3 working days): All orders are being processed within 24 hours, and an order confirmation will be sent to you within 10 minutes after the order was placed. We need 1-2 working days to inspect and pack the products before shipping to ensure everything is in good condition.
– Shipping time (5-9 working days): After processing and leaving the warehouse, the order usually takes 5 and 9 working days to arrive at your destination. The wireless machine or battery are special items and usually need 8-18 days to be delivered.
Note: Please note that these are estimates and aren’t guaranteed; we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
